Break-Fast

I was so hungry yestersay after fasting for my procedure, so when we got home Ken made beer can chicken. We ordered the Traeger beer stand and this was the first time we used it and it worked great. We used a gluten free beer and Ken made a salt free cajun seasoning blend for the rub.

  1. Gotta love the Traeger! It was a 4.5 lb chicken and we BBQ’ed it at 375 for about 1 hour 15 minutes, which was just about right!
