Well we made it through moving day with the help of Mary, Amy and Mathew. It was a long, sweaty, exhausting day! Now we are somewhat settled into the Airbnb and having our first breakfast. Gibbs especially likes the glass-top table.
We made poached eggs served over oven roasted asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flake and nutritional yeast. Along with that we have our standard breakfast staple of yogurt and berries.
