Taco Tuesday 

I am celebrating Taco Tuesday by making Ken breakfast in bed. Ken is not gluten free but I encourage that style of eating for anyone and if you want to know why I would recommend watching “What’s With Wheat” on Netflix, especially so I don’t have to get on my soapbox. I made Ken breakfast tacos with tortillas made from potatoes, scrambled eggs that were from pasture raised chickens, goat’s milk cheddar, bacon, and an eggplant red pepper spread.
